A Buddy to guide you
The Buddies System: Human support from day one
As soon as you arrive at Athora Belgium, you will receive support from a dedicated buddy, a colleague from another department who will guide you step by step through your integration. Your buddy will be there to answer all your questions, even practical ones like where to find the best sandwich in the neighbourhood 😊. Thanks to your buddy, you'll quickly feel like a fish in water.
Create a work environment for your well-being
At Athora Belgium, we strive to create a work environment that respects the well-being of everyone. We have a certified nurse coach available two days a week to provide personalised support to our staff, for both professional and private matters.
Furthermore, we regularly organise events such as "Boost your energy", with various workshops like "Digital balance", "Dare to be optimistic", and "The power of sleep", in order to promote the overall well-being of our teams.
If our employees are absent for health reasons, we maintain contact and offer them the support of our coach to facilitate a calm and gradual return to the office.

With WeDiscover, we set out each month to explore new horizons: museums, exhibitions, historical sites... Whether it's at noon or at the end of the day, these moments are an opportunity to forge unique connections with your colleagues and to share enriching cultural experiences together.
